Terms of service

By creating an account or using Synapse you agree to these terms. If you use Synapse for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
The service
Synapse reads tickets from the help desk you connect, drafts replies and, above the confidence threshold you set, sends them. You stay responsible for the replies sent from your account.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. The free plan covers your first 500 answered tickets. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Synapse to send spam, break the law, or reverse-engineer the service.
Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Liability
Synapse is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
